Rebeca has trained as an actor at the School of Drama at Yale under experts like Ron Van Lieu, James Bundy, Yura Kordonsky, Gregory Wallace, and Mary Lou Rosato. During her graduate training, Rebeca appeared in six Yale productions, performed as an understudy in Yale Repertory’s Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, and was named a Jerome L. Greene Fellow. Rebeca spent summers at The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis and Chautauqua Theater in Upstate NY.

Before graduate school, Rebeca acted professionally in theaters throughout Atlanta, GA and received additional training from Upright Citizens Brigade and The Barrow Group.

Rebeca began her film career acting opposite Booboo Stewart and Kevin Sorbo in the independent feature ‘Hope Bridge’. Rebeca went on to work in film and television in Atlanta, GA where she had recurring roles in Hulu’s ‘Reprisal’ and OWN’s ‘Ambitions’. The short ‘Alina’, featuring Rebeca and Alia Shawkat, garnered over 100 awards at festivals in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Rebeca and Andy Gershenzon were awarded “Best Cast” at Brooklyn Horror Festival for their performance in the two-person feature ‘Old Flame’.

Rebeca has studied on-camera technique with Bob Krakower, Ellen Novack, and Johnny Wu.
